Factory-direct production, drawing approved before cutting

Hangzhou Shaws Outdoor Co., Ltd. (杭州赛石户外用品有限公司), trading as Shaws Tents, was established in 2014 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Our in-house design team prepares a production drawing for every order; the customer confirms the drawing before fabric is cut, and samples are revised until approved.

Working directly with the factory removes trading margins and keeps technical questions with the people who sew the tent. Fabric hydrostatic pressure and finished-tent waterproof performance are tested in our own facility.

Cotton canvas: Breathable, premium glamping
Poly-cotton canvas: Lower weight, rot-resistant
Polyester oxford: Economical, quick-dry
Polyester taffeta 190T: Full-surface printing
Groundsheet: 500 gsm PVC or polyester oxford

Hardware

Pole and frame systems

Diameter and wall thickness are specified per model and can be changed to suit the design and shipping requirements.

Bell tent centre pole: Ø38 × 1.2 mm or Ø32 × 1.0 mm steel
A-frame door: Ø19 mm or Ø22 mm steel
Wall tent frame: 32 mm steel or wooden frame
Pop-up tents: Spring steel wire or metal hubs with fibreglass poles
Inflatable tents: PVC air beams, pressure-checked
