Do you accept small orders?
Yes. Small order quantities are accepted. The minimum for each model and configuration is confirmed on the quotation.
Can you make a tent to my own design?
Yes. Send a sketch, reference sample or specification. We prepare a production drawing for approval, then a sample, which is revised until approved before bulk production.
Which fabrics can you use?
Cotton canvas, poly-cotton canvas, polyester oxford fabric and polyester taffeta. Groundsheets are available in PVC, PE or polyester oxford, zip-in or sewn-in.
Can the tent colour and printing be customised?
Yes. We can make tent colours to your requirements, and offer custom printed linings, protective roofs and fully printed festival tents.
How do you test quality?
We test fabric hydrostatic pressure and the waterproof performance of tent samples in-house. For inflatable tents, every air tube is checked before shipping.
How are the tents packed?
Most tents ship in a carry bag inside a carton box; awnings, roofs and matting ship in a drawstring bag and carton.
